Audio system is being sassy

Picked up a 2022 venue a few months back, first new car I've ever owned, and honestly, it's been a fun little daily. But the display audio system has me raising an eyebrow. It's snappy when it wants to be, but I've had a few moments where it lags or the bluetooth randomly disconnects mid call, which always seems to happen when I'm blasting music or trying to impress someone riding shotgun.
Not sure if it's just early wear or if these head units have a mind of their own. Would love to know if it's something to live with or worth bringing up at the dealer.

Bring it back to the dealer since I believe this is still under warranty. more often than not, these kinds of issues can be resolved with a software update to the infotainment system that the dealer can do for you

Yeah, @Blue Coast is on the right track and taking ti to the dealer for this is a good idea. With that said, there are some steps the dealer will take that you can do at home. First, try a wired connection to see if things improve. If that doesn't work, do a reseat on the infotainment system and start from scratch.

I had a similar issue with my '22 Venue, there were random Bluetooth disconnects and the screen would lag sometimes. Getting a software update for the head unit at the dealer really made a difference for me. When I needed it to be stable, I switched to wired CarPlay. It might be a good idea to ask your dealer if they can check for any updates as well. Is this happening every day for you, or just occasionally?
