My Venue got 16K and it's been good, only oil changes and tire replacements so far. but I'd like to hear from people who had more that 50K, I mean, what kind of wear and tear should I expect as it ages? Any common issues or surprises? Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

It's smart to keep an eye on the road ahead with maintenance. The Venue doesn't have many skeletons in the closet at that mileage but the 2 things to watch are the IVT transmission and the ignition coils. Are you planning to do the major services yourself or use a local shop?

you need to keep an eye on that CVT transmission. They're generally good, but a lot of people I know have mentioned little hesitations or needing a fluid flush around 60K. Just stay on top of those fluid changes

People praise the Venue for reliability, but once you cross 50K, it starts showing its budget roots, suspension wear, cheap interior trim rattles, and transmission quirks aren't rare. It's a great city car, not a longevity champ
